Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only. Most deliveries are made within 5 working days of payment being cleared. Please accept it may take a little longer in busy/holiday periods. Handcrafted items may take up to

 14 working days as these are made to order.

Postage and packaging costs are kept to a minimum, but I do ensure that quality packaging materials are used to get your goods to you in the condition they left me and this is reflected in the overall postage and packaging costs. Items will be wrapped in spot cellophane with a Pomaikai label attached.

Overseas Delivery

 

Payment must be via Paypal. All parcels are sent Standard Airmail. Extra postage is applied depending on what part of the world you require postage to. Please click on the relevant add to basket button below to add correct postage to your order. Failure to do this will delay your order until extra postage has been paid.

If your parcel exceeds 1Kg in weight you will be contacted with an individual postage cost for your order.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

Should you wish to return anything you have purchased from Pomaikai I will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in

FULLY RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.

(This excludes personalised items or any items posted overseas). Please return the item to me within 14 days or less, in the original packaging including identifying correspondence. If I find the item has not been returned in re-saleable condition then I reserve the right not to refund. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, both for the receipt and return (if necessary) of any goods, as this is a direct cost to me.
